My Top 10 Free Blogging Tools

Blogging tools can help you in so many ways when you have an business. These tools can help you be more productive, efficient, and contribute to the overall growth of your blog, causing you to earn more revenue from your content, generate more traffic, get more leads, and grow your business.

To help you become a better, more prosperous blogger, I have compiled a list of my top 10 favorite free blogging tools that I personally use.

 

Sendsteed

This is my all-around top blogging tool because it serves so many purposes, mainly allowing me to create landing pages, funnels, opt-in forms, and email lists with unlimited subscribers. GetResponse is another free email marketing tool with many useful features for bloggers. This easy-to-use platform allows you to grow your email list, send automated emails, create landing pages, and much more. Canva

Basically, all of the graphics I create for my blogs are made in Canva. This free graphic design tool is amazing because it’s super easy and intuitive to use. Pixabay

Need photos or images for your blog posts? Don’t risk using copyrighted photos from Google. Instead, head to Pixabay, where you will find thousands of royalty-free stock photos, graphics, and illustrations to enhance your blog posts. These images are completely free to download and use for your blog. I use Pixabay almost daily because it’s my favorite free stock image site with a huge selection. Access Pixabay here

 

Grammarly

You don’t have to have perfect grammar, just use Grammarly! This free browser extension will automatically check your grammar and spelling as you type in real-time, so you can focus on writing content. I make a lot of mistakes because I type fast, so I love that Grammarly lets me know when I need to fix something. Get Grammarly here

 

Trello

Trello is a free list-creation tool that allows you to create boards and stay organized with your blogs. You can organize or make note of your keywords, content ideas, monetization lists, etc. all in one place – for free! I use Trello to keep all of my thoughts and to-do lists organized, so I can stay focused and consistent with my efforts. Sign up for Trello here

 

Google Drive

I would be totally lost without Google Drive. At no cost, I am able to create documents, spreadsheets, slides, and more, I also use Google Calendar daily to stay organized and love all the free cloud storage offered. This free WordPress plug-in allows you to easily place social media and sharing icons on your blog without any hassles without slowing down your site. I’ve tried many different social media plug-ins and this was my favorite. Download this plug-in in WordPress.

 

ScreenPal

Record your screen for free with ScreenPal. This popular web-based software allows bloggers to quickly create marketing videos and edit them, then upload directly to YouTube. I have been using this platform to create videos for my Youtube channel for years and have received hundreds in affiliate commissions due to the educational videos I’m able to create within minutes.
